Sound energy is created when there is vibration, and the size of these sound waves is measured as frequencies.
The higher the frequency of vibrations = the better the body feels when exposed to them.

Our bodies also emit a vibrational frequency and this is constantly changing, affected by environmental factors, stress, fatigue and illness.

Seven steps to bring higher vibration into your life.
- Practice gratitude by writing a few things each day you are grateful to have in your life.
- Practice grounding techniques – connecting to the earth, feeling fresh air on your skin, doing a mental body scan, bringing your thoughts to the here and now.
- Be aware of your thoughts and recognise patterns of negative self-talk. When you are aware of these you can make the necessary changes to increase positivity and understanding towards yourself.
- Be aware of messages your body is sending you. Sometimes we overlook little signs when our body is communicating to us that it’s time to change something in our day-to-day.
- Eat mindfully – less pre-packaged foods and more fruit and vegetables can make your body feel so much more energetic and refreshed.
- Stay hydrated. Our bodies are two-thirds water and vibration travels four times faster through water than air.
- Book into a type of mindfulness class that will increase your self-awareness and slow down the steady stream of thoughts for a little while. A sound bath, guided meditation, yoga class might just be the break your body needs to raise your vibration.
