My name is Lauren Kate and I am a qualified Peter Hess Sound Practitioner since 2018 and an early childhood and primary teacher with over 18 years’ experience. My home is on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
I have regularly traveled to Nepal over the past 5 years, increasing my knowledge and extending my collection of sound tools.
I am excited to share the benefits of sound relaxation with children in early childhood settings as well as the wider community in both private settings and the public arena.
Nourishing Harmony sessions are available for children in early childhood settings, teacher professional development sessions, staff meetings when you are looking for something a little different to relax your employees, group sound baths and private Peter Hess sound massage where the bowls are placed directly on the body.
